Megazee.com welcomes pitches from writers, practitioners and specialists who can explain a subject clearly and accurately. If you know a topic well and enjoy making it understandable for others, we would like to hear from you.

What we publish

We publish practical, evergreen articles across our eight sections: business, technology, finance, lifestyle, travel, health, digital trends and how-to guides. The best Megazee.com articles answer one clear question, walk the reader through a process step by step, and leave them confident about what to do next.

Good examples of what we are looking for:

  • step-by-step guides to common tasks and decisions;
  • clear explainers of a concept, trend or technology;
  • honest comparisons of methods, approaches or tools, with the trade-offs explained;
  • checklists and frameworks readers can reuse.

What we do not publish

  • Thin, generic or rewritten content.
  • Press releases, product promotions or thinly disguised advertising.
  • Articles that exist mainly to carry links.
  • Content written to rank rather than to help a reader.
  • Unsupported claims about health, money or legal matters.
  • Anything previously published elsewhere, including on your own site.

Contributor guidelines

  1. Original work only. Your article must be your own and not published anywhere else.
  2. Length. Most articles run between 1,200 and 2,000 words. Depth matters more than length.
  3. Structure. Use clear headings, short paragraphs, numbered steps and tables or lists where they help.
  4. Sources. Back up factual claims with reliable sources, ideally official or primary ones.
  5. Links. Any outbound links must genuinely help the reader. We review every link and remove any that do not meet our standards.
  6. Disclosure. Tell us about any commercial interest you have in the topic, product or service you are writing about.
  7. Editing. All submissions are edited for accuracy, clarity and style. We may ask for revisions and we may decline a piece that does not meet our editorial policy.

How to pitch

Email editor@megaazee.com with the subject line “Pitch: your working title” and include:

  • a proposed headline and the question your article will answer;
  • a short outline of the main sections;
  • a sentence or two about why you are well placed to write it; and
  • links to two or three examples of your published writing.

Please pitch before writing the full article. We reply to pitches that are a good fit for Megazee.com; if you have not heard back within a few weeks, you are free to take the idea elsewhere.
